Yes! We offer full custom printing for The Good Cup™. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom print is 30,000 units per design.

Yes. It’s fully recyclable where paper recycling exists and home-compostable under typical household conditions.

Yes. It’s engineered for typical cafe hot temps and is spill-resistant when folded/locked correctly.

All U.S. orders are shipped from our California fulfillment center.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Please email returns@greenpackagingsupply.com
with your order number and the reason for return for further assistance.

Custom-printed and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Please email hello@greenpackagingsupply.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment with photos of the damage so we can assist promptly.
